From operational Function to strategic Privacy Leader.

A modular mentoring program for Data Protection Leaders who want to build a reliable DPMS, delegate with confidence and finally lead — without losing themselves in day-to-day requests.

For whom

You carry responsibility for data protection in a mid-sized or larger company. You work strongly operationally, you are about to onboard support, and you want to position yourself more strategically: more visibility, more impact, more room to think — and yes, also a different conversation about your role and compensation. This program meets you exactly there.

The approach

Successful data protection management is strategic, has clear responsibilities and involves the right people across the company. We build that system around you — step by step, inside your real role. The structure below is modular: in our intake call we agree which elements make sense for your situation and in which order.

Mentoring, not consulting

My role is to enable you — not to do the job for you.

This program is not data protection consulting. I do not take your tasks off your desk. I form the leader. Together we build the mindset, the structure and the personal authority you need to walk on your own, carry responsibility and lead with confidence. When we finish, you stand on your own feet — visibly, strategically, as a Privacy Leader.

Modular structure

From operational Function to strategic Privacy Leader.

Element 1 · approx. 6–10 hours

Foundations & DPMS architecture

A strong base: your personal positioning, the tools and rhythms that hold your role together, the GDPR essentials in practice, and a 12-month roadmap for the core building blocks of your DPMS.

  • Goal definition and personal positioning
  • Single point of truth, meeting and communication structures
  • Time and task management for a DPO role
  • Review of all DPMS core components and a practical 12-month plan
Element 2 · approx. 4 hours

Cross-functional privacy team

Shift responsibility into the business, take pressure off the DPO and position yourself as the leader of an internal coordinator network. Optionally fully replaceable by my online course.

  • Building a Data Protection Coordinator (DPC) network
  • Training, enabling and growing your coordinators
  • Bringing management into ownership of the DPMS
  • Formats and rituals that create a real privacy culture
Element 3 · 1 hour per session · fully flexible

Working sessions on live topics

Hands-on sessions on whatever is on your desk right now — from a tricky DPA review to a conversation with the board.

  • Specific GDPR situations (DPAs, privacy notices, data subject requests)
  • Positioning, role clarity, salary and recognition conversations
  • Stakeholder management and executive reporting
  • Soft skills for the DPO role
Element 4 · approx. 1–2 hours

Delegation & leadership

Build a small, functioning organization around you — from solo expert to leader.

  • Task mapping: what to delegate, what to keep
  • Structured onboarding for new team members
  • Responsibilities, feedback and steering routines
Materials & resources
Included in the mentoring
  • Detailed training decks, partly with live workshop demos you can reuse internally
